SEPTEMBER 2017 ASTROLIGHTS

We begin the month with a full moon in Pisces exactly conjunct Neptune. On the down side and needless to say, hypersensitivity is going to be a problem for many people during this transit. So, for most of us, it will be a challenge to “keep a lid on it.” For those of us with an artistic bent, this will be a boom time since Pisces’ co-ruler, Jupiter, is in Libra. Libra and Pisces are the artistic solstice points for all forms of art. So, if you’re creative in any way, expect your best to be rising to the surface. Just remember to acknowledge the urges as they bubble up.

Odds are, the circumstances that arose from the solar eclipse are still running their course. Give plenty of room in how you react to things. Our ego (Mars in Leo) will have the tendency toward acting out and since it’s a fire sign, without forethought. We’ll have to keep Saturn in Sagittarius as our ground point so we keep a clear understanding of where our values lie. As the Moon moves up on Pluto in Capricorn, political issues will glow red hot right. Watch closely. If you pay attention, you’ll see which basket you need to put your eggs in to financially stay afloat.

On the 5th mercury turns direct in Leo. This puts into play any of the political scenarios covered to date. Forward motion will be the call of the month for any kind of negotiations whether personal or political. This will also bring clarity and specificity to whatever was discussed. When Mercury moves into Virgo on the 10th, health issues and daily routines will snap on track, that is, if negotiations have accomplished what was intended. If not, there may be some confusion about who is supposed to do what and why.

On the 28th the moon moves into its first quarter in Capricorn (action), Jupiter resolves its square to Uranus (peak pressure toward making large changes) and Pluto turns direct also in Capricorn (forward motion in social status and responsibility). It will begin to feel that things have taken on a stable tracking. Although circumstances may seem a little unusual and perhaps excessive, the increased influence will bring a sense of having arrived at where we need to be in spite of the unseemliness of where our changes have led us. Get used to the new venue. It’s going to be around for a while. You can’t wait this one out. It’s on track for where we all need to go. Out of our comfort zone is now the new normal. Get used to it.
